PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTION
Every effort is made to give as accurate an image and description of all products as possible. All jewellery produced by The Sylverling Workshop is individually handcrafted and so there will inevitably be slight natural variations within any one design. This means that the jewellery you receive will not be exactly the same as featured on the site. Every effort is made to ensure that jewellery is as a close a resemblance as possible to any featured image. You will be wearing a beautiful and unique piece of ethically crafted jewellery.
All prices on our website are quoted in pound sterling (£s)
The prices for our jewellery products will be those shown on the site at the time your order is placed.
Payment for goods, packaging and postage must be paid in full before any goods are dispatched.
The only exception to this is in relation to bespoke orders. Before we start to make your custom order, we will email you a 50% deposit invoice to be paid via bank transfer. The balance of the price together with any packaging and delivery charges will be advised to you on completion of the order and the bespoke handcrafted jewellery will be sent on cleared payment of the full balance due.
All orders placed via the website are managed by third party provider 'Create Payments' a secure payment gateway, powered by WorldPay, the UK's leading payment provider. Payment of your order through this website is completely secure. We do not have any access to, nor do we retain any payment information or card details as this is solely handled by Create Payments and WorldPay.
We cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred by you from your Credit Card company or bank in relation to processing of any order made with us. Please note that if, for any reason, your card payment is not authorised by your bank/credit card company we will not be able to proceed with your order and it will be cancelled.
A contract between you and The Sylverling Workshop will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
